Some attitudes are good and some attitudes are bad.

Meaning Of Hard Work : Hard work simply means working hard. Giving out the best of your mentally, emotionally and physically in order to get the best and be the best.

  4. Improved social life
  5. Promotion at place of work
  6. Increase in salary

How to encourage Hard work

  1. Salary increment.
  2. Promotion to higher position.
  3. Presentation of awards and gifts.
  4. Special incentives like bonuses and allowances

Meaning Of Laziness

Laziness means slothfulness. It means finding faults and complaining about also everything to the extents of getting nothing done. It is a strong desire to be idle and unwilling to work.

 

Rewards Of Laziness

  1. Work poorly done
  2. At times, work are not done
  3. Poverty
  4. Low esteem
  5. Disrespect from friends and relatives
  6. Wretched social life
  7. Most laziness people tend to beg or become beggars
  8. Laziness may lead to demotion
  9. Most lazy people are always in debt
  10. Laziness, if unchecked, may lead to sack or loss of job

How to discourage laziness

  1. Lazy workers must be dismissed so that they do not negatively influence other workers that are very hard working.
  2. Lazy workers’ salary may be deducted or delayed.
  3. Lazy workers may be demoted or made to work without promotion for being lazy
  4. No increment of salary for lazy workers
  5. Lazy workers may be denied bonus or allowances.
