Meaning of harmful farmers enemies 

Farmers enemies are living things on the farm that make farming difficult and unprofitable for farmers on the farm.

They destroy farmers’ harvest or produce.

At times they attack growing crops.

These farmers’ enemies may be small mammals like rodents, crabs, insects or birds.

 

Where farmers’ harmful enemies can be found 

Most of these farmers’ enemies can be found in holes, burrows, or on trees.

 

Dangers that farmers harmful enemies commit to Farmers

  • They eat up leaves of crops
  • They eat up stem of young crops
  • They attack the roots of crops
  • at times they destroy harvested crops that are already stored in bags
  • Some of them spread diseases
  •  Crops that are destroyed by pests are loss to the farmer
  • They attack farm animals
