The body of the earthworm is slim and moist

It can easily break if not handle with care

It is fragile

The body of an earthworm is divided into various segments like

  • The head that houses its mouth
  • The Clitellum which serves as a link between the mouth end and the body segments
  • The rear exterior that points towards the tail end
