THE INSERT GROUP AND CLASS ACTIVITY PRIMARY 3 SECOND TERM WEEK FIVE

WEEK 5: THE INSERT GROUP AND CLASS ACTIVITY

The Insert Group:

      • Picture: You can insert a picture. Click on down arrow to change or resize a picture.
      • Paint drawing: you can insert a paint drawing you did in Microsoft Paint. (Another option to insert a drawing from MS Paint is CTRL + D).
      • Date and Time: Click on icon for a small selection of date/time styles.
      • Insert object: You can insert a graph, text etc from other Microsoft packages.

Class Activity Inserting a Picture

    • Open WordPad and Type the title “My Class Teacher”
    • Centralize, make bold and underline your title
    • Click on picture on your ribbon. In the dialog box that appears, on the left hand side, click on libraries, then picture. click on the name and picture of your class teacher. Click on Open.
    • The picture of your class teacher appears below your title.
