Examples of income yielding crafts are
Table mat, purse, shopping bag curtain holder, napkins, handkerchiefs,
Pot holders, bibs, arm rest. Etc.
Pick a crafts among those listed and produce.
Appliqué, Crocheting, Embroidery, Felt – making, Knitting, Lace – making, Macramé, Quilting, Tapestry art, Weaving.
Wood – carving, Wood – turning, Cabinet making, Furniture making, lacquerware.
Paper Modelling, Collage, Decoupage, Origami paper folding, Papier mâché.
4. Pottery and Glass Crafts
Ceramics (earthenware, stoneware, porcelain), Mosaic Art, Glass Bead making, Glass Blowing, Glass Etching, (see Stained Glass Art Materials/Methods).

Make one crafts for display
Go round the class and assist the pupils as they make their crafts
The topic is presented step by step
The class teacher revises the previous topics
He introduces the new topic
The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise
Write notes for pupils to copy
Exhibit the product for sale
The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.
The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written. He or she does the necessary corrections when the need arises.
