Agencies That Are Responsible For Enforcing Drug Laws In Nigeria
- Nigerian Customs

- National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA)

Functions of The Nigerian Customs
- They monitor the land boundaries of Nigeria
- They check goods that are taken into the country
- They confiscate illegal goods or contraband.

Functions Of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA )
1 . The first function of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency is to use all the resources at its disposal for the absolute extirpation of all illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. In other words, the reduction of illegal drugs and other substances on demand.
- They usually have the mandate agreement to recover all ill-gotten wealth, acquired from proceeds of illegal drug trading.
