What is Co-operation ?

Co-operation simply means working together for a common good of the society so that there will growth and development .

 

What the benefits of co-operation ?

  1. Success is easily achieved
  2. Goals are easily achieved
  3. There is room for development
  4. It encourages team work
  5. There is peaceful coordination among members of the community
  6. Tasks are easily achieved

 

What  are the attributes of Co-operation ?

  1. Common goal : There is always a common goal to be achieved
  2. Sharing : There is sense of sharing or ability to give or receive
  3. Determination : Co-operation promotes determination because there us a goal that needs to be achieved
  4. Dedication : Every member of the team is dedicated to achieving the common goal by sacrificing time , energy , money and other resources in order to achieve the common goal .

 

Consequences of Lack of Co-operation

  1. Goals will become unachievable .
  2. Physical , social and economic growth will be retarded  and truncated .
  3. There will be no room for development.
  4. Suspicions and hatred will be the order of the day
