Shutting down the computer system

To shut down a computer system:

When you are through or done with the work you are doing on your system, you need to switch off the system.

To switch off the computer system is called shutting down.

You do not switch of the power supply immediately when you finish using the system.

Steps to shutting down a computer system:

The steps are:

a.) Click the start button at the task bar.

b.) From the fly out, click the turn off or shut down button.

c.) The turn off dialogue box appears, then you will click the turn off button or power button with your mouse.
