  1. Pathogens are germs that can make us sick, and vectors are things like mosquitoes that can carry these germs.
  2. Sports can be games where we touch others (contact) or games where we don’t touch others (non-contact).
  3. Female Genital Mutilation is a harmful practice that should be stopped to protect girls’ health.
  4. Child Abuse is when adults harm children physically or emotionally, and it’s wrong and should be reported.
  5. Boys and girls should both be encouraged to play sports and be active for their health.
  6. Aquatic sports are games played in water, like swimming, which is good exercise for our bodies.
  7. We should follow hygiene rules to stay healthy, especially when swimming to avoid infections.
  8. Eating healthy foods gives our bodies important nutrients to grow strong and stay healthy.
