Content :

We taste the delicacy of our food with our tongue.

The taste buds in the tongue enable us to taste the delicacy and nutrients of food .

some fruits are sweet while some are bitter

Some bitter fruits like bitter leaves.

 

We can use our tongue to test the taste of the items

  1. Salt…. The salt has a salty taste. Sea water testes salty
  2. Sugar… The taste of sugar is sugary. Sweet and candies always taste sugary
  3. Bitter leaves… These are plants that have natural bitter taste. Bitter leaves are some times use for food and medicinal purposes
  4. Honey… What is the taste of honey. Honey is sweet. How do you you know. You will know when you taste honey…. How is honey made.
  5. Lime… This is a fruit that has a sour taste. Lime is also good for diet and weight loss
  6. Unripe fruits : most unripe fruits have sour taste and they are unsafe to eat and unpleasant to taste
  7. Bitter kola : The taste of bitter kola is sour

Step 1:

The class teacher revises the previous topics

 

Step 2.

He introduces the new topic

 

Step 3:

The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise

 

 

Conclusion

The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.

The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.

He or she does the necessary corrections when and where  the needs arise.
