Qualities of Community Leadership:

1. Kindness:

   • They listen to people’s ideas and problems to understand how to help. 👂
3. Respect:
   • Leaders treat everyone with respect, no matter their differences. 🙏
4. Helpfulness:
   • They are always ready to lend a hand and make things better. 🤲
5. Cooperation:
   • Leaders work together with others to solve problems and make decisions. 🤝
6. Fairness:
   • They treat everyone equally and make sure everyone gets what they need. ⚖️
