God is our Father

(i) What we must do as children of God:

We must be kind to others, share with our friends, and say our prayers.

Example: If you help a friend who is sad, you’re being a good child of God.

(ii) Things God does for us as children of God:

God gives us love, takes care of us, and helps us when we need it.

Example: When you feel better after being sick, it’s because God takes care of you.

(iii) Instances where the Bible refers to God as our father:

In the Bible, Jesus called God “our Father” when He talked to Him.

Example: When you read the Bible, you might find verses where God is called our Father.

Remember, God is like a loving father to us, and we should love and trust Him! 🙏😇

“God is our Father” means that many people believe God is like a loving parent who takes care of us. We should be good and kind, and in return, God loves and helps us, just like a father does for their children. 🙏😇

As children of God, we should:

  1. Be kind to others: Treat people with love and respect, just like God loves us.
  2. Help those in need: Share with others and lend a hand when someone needs help.
  3. Say our prayers: Talk to God, thank Him, and ask for guidance and blessings in our lives. 🙏😇

God does many things for us as His children:

  1. He loves us: God cares for us and loves us unconditionally.
  2. He provides for us: God gives us food, a home, and everything we need.
  3. He protects us: God keeps us safe and helps us in difficult times.
  4. He forgives us: When we make mistakes, God forgives us and gives us a fresh start.
  5. He guides us: God shows us the right path in life through His wisdom and love. 😇🌟

In the Bible, there are instances where God is referred to as our Father. One example is in the Lord’s Prayer, which Jesus taught his followers. It begins with “Our Father who art in heaven…” (Matthew 6:9). This shows that Jesus called God “our Father” when He prayed.

Another example is found in the book of Psalms, where it says, “As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities those who fear Him” (Psalm 103:13). This verse compares God’s love and care for us to that of a father for his children.

These instances in the Bible remind us that God is like a loving and caring Father to us, always ready to listen and help His children. 📖🙏😇
