The main division of Lagos State, which is commonly referred to as IBILE. Here is a list of the divisions:

  1. I – Ikeja
  2. B – Badagry
  3. I – Ikorodu
  4. L – Lagos Island
  5. E – Epe

Each letter in the acronym IBILE represents one of the five administrative divisions of Lagos State. These divisions were created in 1968 during the military regime of General Yakubu Gowon, with the aim of improving governance and bringing government services closer to the people.
