  4. Health and safety: This type of security involves protecting a person’s physical and mental well-being. Examples include wearing protective gear, maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine, and seeking medical attention when needed.
  5. Emotional security: This type of security involves protecting a person’s emotional well-being and mental health. Examples include seeking therapy, practicing self-care, and seeking support from friends and loved ones.

The topic is presented step by step

 

Step 1:

The class teacher revises the previous topics

 

Step 2.

He introduces the new topic. Pupils are encouraged to explain personal security. Pupils in pairs are to suggest people that they can reach out to when in harm, fear or danger.

 

Step 3:

The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise. The class teacher makes the pupils to know the reasons for person security

EVALUATION

  2. What is financial security and how can it be achieved through budgeting, saving, and investing in insurance?
  3. How does cybersecurity protect an individual’s digital information and devices from cyber threats?

  5. How can an individual protect their emotional well-being and mental health through emotional security measures such as therapy, self-care, and seeking support?

Conclusion

The class teacher wraps up or concludes the lesson by giving out short notes to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.

The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.

He or she does the necessary corrections when and where the needs arise.
