How To Keep Physically Fit 

  • Take enough sleep and rest
  • Eat good nourishing food
  • Abstain from sugary food
  • Drink enough water
  • Exercise regularly
  • Do not eat junk fast food
  • Do not abuse drugs
  • Maintain high level of personal cleanliness
  • Do not drink alcohol in excess
  • Arrange things in their proper places at home in order to avoid domestic accident at home

 

Characteristics of Household Population And Its Effects On Personal Hygiene 

  • There may be over crowding if the number of people that are living in a particular room are much
  • Physical growth and development may be hindered when there are lot of people in a single room
  • Communicable diseases are easily transmitted from one person to another
  • Educational advancement is sometimes hindered as there is no money to further their education
  • High cost of living with very low standard of living
  • At times crime rate is very high in this  community where we have a lot of people living
  • Toilet facilities are not always clean as the whole hpusehold will need to share one single toilet
