When do students make use of these magic words
- when you want someone to help you to do something , you will say please kindly help
- When you want to do something like easing yourself in the toilet , you will say please excuse me
- When someone has suffered a loss or the person is sick , you may need to say sorry to ease the person of his or her suffering
- We say thank you when someone has just given us a gift or helped us
- When you sneezed or cough in the midst of people , you may need to say pardon me as sign of courtesy
