Ways of taking care of the skin
- Take your bath regularly or daily
- Take enough rest
- Do not use harsh body cream
- Do not use bleaching cream
- Do not expose your skin to sunlight unnecessarily
- Eat healthy food
- Take or drink enough water.
- Do not play with sharp objects that may cut you and damage your skin
