Behavioural Objectives :  At the end of the lesson, the pupils should be able to

  • say the dangers of basic movements that  have not been done properly

 

 

Content :

 

Dangers in basic movement

  1. Bleeding : THIS OCCURS WHEN THERE IS A CUT. The cut may be shallow or a deep cut . we must not play with sharp objects.  You can stop bleeding by using methylated spirit or cotton wool to stop bleeding.
2.  Fainting : This may occur as a result of tiredness. whenever we are tired , we must take a break and rest and seek medical assistance or help immediately .

3. Wound :  This occurs when we are injured during during sporting activities .the wound may be deep cut, sprain ,burns, or dislocation. the wound must be treated immediately.
