Dangers in basic movement
- Bleeding : THIS OCCURS WHEN THERE IS A CUT. The cut may be shallow or a deep cut . we must not play with sharp objects. You can stop bleeding by using methylated spirit or cotton wool to stop bleeding.
3. Wound : This occurs when we are injured during during sporting activities .the wound may be deep cut, sprain ,burns, or dislocation. the wound must be treated immediately.
