Simple steps of taking care of the mouth
We can take care of our mouth in the following ways
- By brushing our teeth two times in a day
- Eating after thirty minutes of brushing our teeth
- Brushing our teeth with soft brushes
- By not using old brush that it weak, bent and worn out
- Brushes should be kept and stored in dreid places in standing upright position
- Brushes should be replaced in every three or four months6
- Pea-sized amount of toothpaste should be used on our toothbrush whenever we want to brush our teeth
- When brushing, we scrub our teeth up and down wards and not left and right side sways
- Brush your teeth at least for two minutes before stopping
