Content:

Simple steps of taking care of the mouth

We can take care of our mouth in the following ways

  1. By brushing our teeth two times in a day
  2. Eating after thirty minutes of brushing our teeth
  3. Brushing our teeth with soft brushes
  4. By not using old brush that it weak, bent and worn out
  5. Brushes should be kept and stored in dreid places in standing upright position
  6. Brushes should be replaced in every three or four months6
  7. Pea-sized amount of toothpaste should be used on our toothbrush whenever we want to brush our teeth
  8. When brushing, we scrub our teeth up and down wards and not left and right side sways
  9. Brush your teeth at least for two minutes before stopping
