Content :

 

Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest.

Component of physical fitness

  1. Endurance.
  2. Flexibility
  3. Speed.
  4. Agility
  5. Coordination
  6. Cardiovascular
  7. Stamina
  8. Strength
  9. Discipline

  11. endurance

 

 

 

1.Flexibility is the ability of each joint to move through the available range of motion for a specific joint. Examples would be stretching individual muscles or the ability to perform certain functional movements such as the lunge. The sit and reach test is most often used to test flexibility

2. Endurance of the muscles  is the ability of the muscles to perform continuous without fatiguing. Examples would be cycling, step machines and elliptical machines. The sit up test is most often used to test muscular endurance.

 

3. Speed is needed most especially by athletics that are involved in sprints and races .This gives them the ability to complete most of their task and most importantly to win most of their races

4, Discipline is the ability to control ones actions and attitude in respect of what they want to achieve in focus . Most sports men and women are very disciplined .

The class teacher revises the previous topics

He introduces the new topic

 

Step 3:

The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise

 

 

Conclusion

The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.

The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.

He or she does the necessary corrections when and where  the needs arise.
