Our elders are people that are older than we are . They may be our teachers , parents , neighbour or friends .

How do we show respect to our elders 

  1. We can show respect to elders by greeting them
  2. We can show respect to elders by not shouting when we are talking to them .
  3. When ever we are talking to elders , we must calm down
  4. Always help your siblings and elders to run small little errand that can be done by you
  5. Always smile and don’t use abusive words to describe  our elders

 

 

 

 

Presentation

 

The topic is presented step by step

 

Step 1:

The class teacher revises the previous topics

 

Step 2.

He introduces the new topic by engaging the pupils in the conversation above in order to make the pupils to be familiar with the key words that are needed to introduce themselves

 

Step 3:

The class teacher guides  the pupils to give their own examples by  making them to  make simple sentences  and he corrects them when the needs arise

 

 

Conclusion

The class teacher wraps up or concludes the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.

 

The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.

He or she does the necessary corrections when and where  the needs arise.

 

Evaluation : The class teacher does the necessary evaluation by asking the pupils some questions on the topic that has just been taught

  • What will you say if you want to greet daddy in the morning ?
  • What will you say if you want to greet mummy in the morning  ?
  • What will you say if you want to greet a friend that has just come in  ?
  • What will you say when your friend is about to leave you  ?
  • What will you say when you want to greet daddy in the evening   ?
