Explanation of Dangers in Basic Movement:

  1. Falling:
    • Running too fast can lead to tripping and falling down, causing bruises.
  2. Collisions:
    • Not paying attention to others can result in bumping into someone else, causing both to fall.
  3. Equipment Mishandling:
    • Improper use of bats or balls may lead to injuries like getting hit by a ball or tripping over equipment.
  4. Lack of Warm-up:
    • Not warming up muscles before physical activities can result in muscle strains or cramps.
  5. Unsafe Surfaces:
    • Playing on rough or slippery surfaces can increase the risk of falls and injuries.

Dangers in basic movement

  1. Bleeding : THIS OCCURS WHEN THERE IS A CUT. The cut may be shallow or a deep cut . we must not play with sharp objects.  You can stop bleeding by using methylated spirit or cotton wool to stop bleeding.
  2. Fainting : This may occur as a result of tiredness. whenever we are tired , we must take a break and rest and seek medical assistance or help immediately .
  3. Wound :  This occurs when we are injured during during sporting activities .the wound may be deep cut, sprain ,burns, or dislocation. the wound must be treated immediately.
