Content :

Hello, little ones! 👋 Today, we’re going to learn about taking care of each part of our body. It’s important to keep ourselves healthy and happy! 😊

👁️ Eyes: Our eyes help us see the world around us. We should not poke or rub our eyes with dirty hands. Remember to blink to keep your eyes moist and healthy!

👂 Ears: Our ears help us hear sounds. We should not put anything, like pencils or cotton swabs, inside our ears. Clean your ears gently with a soft cloth.

👃 Nose: Our nose helps us smell and breathe. If you have to sneeze or cough, cover your nose and mouth with your elbow, not your hand. It’s polite and keeps germs away!

👄 Mouth: Our mouth helps us eat, talk, and smile. Brush your teeth every day to keep them strong and healthy. Don’t forget to visit the dentist!

🖐️ Hands: Our hands are like our helpers. Wash them with soap and water before eating and after using the toilet. This way, we keep germs away!

🦶 Feet: Our feet help us walk and run. We should wear the right size shoes and socks. It’s like giving our feet a cozy home! 👟

Remember, boys and girls, taking care of our bodies makes us strong and happy. 🌟 Let’s all give ourselves a big hug 🤗 to show that we love our bodies and want to keep them healthy! 😃💪🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
