Content 

 

The Forgotten Child” is a play about a young boy named Michael who is often neglected by his busy parents. Michael’s parents, Alabi and Seun, are successful businesspeople who prioritize their careers over their family. As a result, Michael feels lonely and unimportant.

One day, while playing outside, Michael meets a kind and wise old man named James. James recognizes Michael’s sadness and offers to be his friend. The two quickly bond and spend their days playing and exploring together.

As the play progresses, James helps Michael to see that he is just as valuable and worthy of love and attention as his parents’ careers. Through their friendship, Michael learns to value himself and his own interests.

The play “The Forgotten Child” teaches the valuable lesson that every person, no matter their age or circumstances, is deserving of love and attention. It also highlights the importance of balancing one’s personal and professional responsibilities. The play encourages its audience to prioritize their relationships and prioritize the well-being of those around them.

To conclude the lesson, the class teacher or subject teacher does a brief review of what he or she has just taught the pupils.
