CONTENT

 Square 

  • A square is a plain shape which is 2 dimensional in shape
  • A square has four equal parts
  • Opposite sides are parallel
  • Each internal angle equal to 90 degree
  • The sum of all the four interior angles is 360 degree
  • Draw a square

 

Rectangle

  •  A rectangle has four sides
  • Two opposite sides equal to each other
  • Each interior angle equal to 90 degree
  • The sum of all the four interior angles is 360 degree
  • Draw a rectangle

 

Triangle

  • The sum of all the four interior angles is 180 degree
  • A triangle has three sides
  • There are different types of triangles with different properties

 

Presentation

The topic is presented step by step

 

Step 1:

The class teacher revises the previous topics

 

Step 2.

He introduces the new topic

 

Step 3:

The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise
