Content :
This lesson is to help the children know how to compare two things making use of opposites.
You make a sentence showing probability using ‘if’. The children make the same sentence, showing certainty by using the opposite of the key word in your sentence.
Question : If the house is not clean
Answer : The house is dirty
Question : If the man is not tall
Answer : The man is short
Question : If the book is not inside
Answer : The book is outside
Question : If the water is not hot
Answer : The water is cold
Question : If the fruit is not sweet
Answer : The fruit is bitter
You can add as many as possible to the list.
Presentation
The topic is presented step by step
Step 1:
The class teacher revises the previous topics
Step 2.
He introduces the new topic
Step 3:
The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise
Conclusion :
The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.
The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.
He or she does the necessary corrections when and where the needs arise.
