Content :

Labour force : Labour force is the percentage of the whole population that is actively involved in the day to day activités that may lead to the development of the country. In most cases in most countries, the LABOUR force of made up of people within the age bracket of 18 years and 60 years. They are made up of all the people in a country who are qualified to work and are presently working . They are the workng class of the country.  They are sources of trained people from which workers can be hired. The total number of workers in the country makes up the labour force of that country . They are the moving train of the country.

HOW TO TRAIN LABOUR FORCE TO BE ACTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE

  1. Organizing job training programmes or seminars
  2. Create awareness on STDs,HIV/ AIDS Education
  3. Encourage Adult education.
  4. Educate and enlighten the people on healthy living such as feeding, relaxation behaviour.

HOW POOR HEALTH AFFECTS THE LABOUR FORCE

  1. Reduction in man power
  2. Low morale
  3. Low self esteem

The Need For Labour Force In The Country.

  1. To move the country forward economically
  2. To reduce the dependancy ratio of the country
  3. To boost morale and social esteem of the citizens
  4. Economy of trade advantage
