However, it is madness to jog until we are exhausted. There also people who become unhappy when they are unable to exercise or when they lose to someone in a competition. This is even worse for good health.

Exercise is important. Lack of exercise may result in injury. Neither extreme is good. It is up to us to be sensible about exercising.
