Subject : A Motor Park

Topic: A motor Park

A motor Park is a place where we enter motor or buses to go from one place to another. Examples of the the motor park that i know are mushing, iyana oworo, ojota, and obalende motor parks.

It is a place where motor and buses are parked. People that are working in the motor parks are the drivers, conductor,  and National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW). We see a lot of passengers at the motor park. People sell snacks and soft drinks at the motor park. At times you can also buy things like wrist watches, pure water, biscuits, dried fish, meat pie, fruits, bread or belts at the motor park.

Some of the drivers at the motor parks are courteous and well trained. Some of them are very polite. The job of most of the drivers in the Motor Park is to drive the passengers from one place to another.

Examples of some other people that work in the motor park are the park attendants, the bus conductors and the park managers.

The bus conductors  collect money from the passengers, and at times the passengers are made to fill the travel manifesto if they are to embark on a long journey like from Lagos to Ibadan.
