The following are some of the effects of crimes on national security

More funds is spent on security rather than development

Heavy spending on ammunition makes the economy to suffer

Fear of insecurity increases

Foreign investors become apprehensive and may leave the country

Proliferation of ammunition in the society

Curbing crimes that affects national security

Security agents must be patriotic

Government should procure necessary ammunition to fight all forms of crimes
