Sub-Topic 1: GOD PROTECTION OVER THE ISRAELITES. Exo. 14: 10-31.

The Israelites were protected against the fierce anger of Pharaoh as he pursued hard after them by pillars of clouds and fire. Through God’s command, the red sea parted and the Israelites passed on dry grounds while the Egyptians drowned in the same sea as they tried to do the same thing.

EVALUATION:

State the occurrence of God’s protection over the Israelites against the Egyptians.

Sub-Topic 2: GOD’S PROTECTION OVER AN INDIVIDUAL. Dan. 6: 16-23.

Daniel had a strong faith in God and God rewarded his faithfulness when he was lowered into the lion’s den for praying to a different God unknown to the god of the land.

He came out unharmed and the king replaced him with all his accusers and their families as the lions devoured them. The king hereby made a decree that the God of Daniel is the true God.

EVALUATION:

The king declare that Daniel’s God is a true God. Discuss?

Sub-Topic 3: GOD’S PROTECTION AVAILABLE FOR ALL PEOPLE AT ALL TIMES. PSALM 91

From all appearances both in the Old and New Testaments added to present day events, occurrences and experiences, it is very clear that God never forsakes those that are faithful to Him.

At times, individuals enjoy UNMERITED MERCIES of God i.e. enjoying God’s mercies even as a sinner or in their backslidden state.

The Bible proffers that God will never leave his children unguarded at any time. All we need do is be faithful to Him.
