RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES.      

STAFF/POLICY AGREEMENT

 

1.ATTENDANCE:

Resumption time for teaching staff is 7:30am am prompt .the closing time is 3:00pm prompt, Exception Fridays which is 1:00pm

Resumption time for Non – teaching staff is 7:00am prompt while the closing time is 3:00pm.your services may be  needed on Saturdays when special assignment arise( like special coaching, Tours, P.t.a etc as the need may arise

Lateness is not allowed at all as penalty is (₦200 daily or whatever amount ).

2.ABSENT

:The school will not tolerate any absentism Except on

(a.)When the staff is seriously sick to the knowledge of the management

(b.)When writing exam with the knowledge of the management

NOTE:The management will not pay for any day you are not on duty and you can be replaced if you for too long

3.DEVOTIONAL SERVICE:

it  is compulsory for all the teacher to participate in the morning prayer and other spiritual activities in the school, failure to do so will attract query  and other punitive measure

4.VISITOR:

Strictly, visitor will not be allowed during classroom periods to avoid distraction of the school program if during the break period the visitor should be attended to outside

5.PHONE CALL:

Making calls or receiving phone calls in the class is limited, you are to receive calls in the staff room or outside the class, but not frequently.

6.PUBLIC RELATIONS:

Teacher are not to be terrors to the parents or the students but beware of familiarities so as not to cause insult to your integrity,when a student /pupils is absent from your class inform the principal/headteacher immediately who will give you instruction to visit such student or call the parent to determine the reason for absence

7.SALARY/WAGES:

The management will by God grace of God pay for your services during the last week of the month/first week of the new month,effort should be made by teacher for the payment of school fees,increase in enrollment and any genuine way to increase school income so as to allow us to continue to pay as at when due

8.PAYE/PETITION FUND / CO-OPERATIVE :

Your salary will attract deduction in respect of payee of ……… State internal revenue board,Also pension fund scheme will soon be put into practice,This will serve as reserve for you in retirement or while leaving the establishment. However your desire to join the school co-operative society is at your fee will and the amount to be deducted is also determined by you. You can join or leave the school co-operative society at your own free will 

9.ACT OF INDISCIPLINE:

Any act of indiscipline such as insubordination, misconduct, forgery assault, misappropriation of funds,impersonation confrontation against the management,stealing, eating, sleeping, loitering around,(going to another classroom) during teaching period,going out of the school premises without permission, sending if pupils/students to be  something outside the school premises,etc will be dealt with accordingly and this lead to suspension or  dismissal if the offender

10.LESSON NOTE:

All teacher are expected to get their lesson note plans and notes prepared for submission to the headteacher/principal latest by 12noon on Fridays, Any teacher who is not teaching effectively will be relieved of his/her appointment

11.TEST,EXAMINATION AND RESULTS:

All examination question, tests and result,continuous assessments must be prepared in advance and not in hurry

12.RESIGNATION:

Any staff leaving the school must resign his/her appointment at least giving two month notice to enhance us get replacement and that such teacher is working more than a term,hence a month salary will not be paid
