What is environment?
Environment means everything around us, where we live, play, and learn. It includes the air we breathe, the water we drink, the land, plants, animals, and even the weather. Taking care of our environment is important to keep it clean and healthy for everyone. So, when we say “environment,” we’re talking about our surroundings and everything in nature.
Types of Environment
Natural Environment: This includes things like forests, rivers, mountains, and deserts—basically, all the things in nature that are not made by people.
Urban Environment: This is the city or town environment with buildings, roads, houses, and lots of people.
Rural Environment: This is more of the countryside, with fields, farms, and fewer buildings. It’s where you might find more open spaces and nature.
Aquatic Environment: This includes places like oceans, rivers, lakes, and ponds, where water is the main feature.
Desert Environment: These areas are dry and can be sandy, with little rainfall. Deserts have unique plants and animals adapted to the arid conditions.
Remember, each type of environment is special and has its own characteristics.
