Set Induction:
The teacher will show a picture of a beautiful garden and ask the pupils if they know any stories about the first man and woman who lived in such a garden.

Content

Explanation of the Topic:

  1. Creation of Adam: God created the first man, Adam, from the dust and breathed life into him. (Genesis 2:7)
  2. Garden of Eden: God placed Adam in the Garden of Eden to take care of it. (Genesis 2:8-15)
  3. Creation of Eve: God saw that Adam was lonely and created Eve, the first woman, from Adam’s rib to be his companion. (Genesis 2:21-22)
  4. The Command: God told Adam and Eve they could eat from any tree in the garden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. (Genesis 2:16-17)
  5. The Temptation: A snake tricked Eve into eating the forbidden fruit, and she gave some to Adam. (Genesis 3:1-6)
  6. Disobedience and Consequence: After eating the fruit, Adam and Eve realized they were naked and hid from God. God punished them by sending them out of the Garden of Eden. (Genesis 3:7-24)
