The steps for operating a computer are as

follows:

i.Connect the computer to the power source.

ii.Press the power button of the system unit.

iii.Press the power button of the monitor.

iv.Windows desktop appears after loading several files.

Turning-off computer (shutting down)

i.Click on start up button.

ii.Select shutdown option.

iii.Turn-off the monitor button.
iv.The computer is turned off.
