What is self expression?
Self expression is the willingness and ability to say or speak out one’s feelings, needs or wants.
It is the will power to say what we want, desire, need or like without having fears of being reprimanded or rebuked.
Everybody needs to be outspoken and express self. This makes people to know what we want or what we need and it will be easy for people to help, assist or support us. We need each other.
What are the advantages of self expression?
- It makes it easy for people to know what we need or want.
- It makes it easy for people to help us
- Doctors ask us questions when we visit them. Self expression makes it possible for doctors to easily diagnose and treat us when we feel sick and visit the clinic
- We must always say everything to our parents. We must not hide anything from our parents
