Places of worship in Nigeria are
- Mosques
- Churches
- Shrine
The above examples are the places of worship based on our different beliefs and religious
The Christians worship in the church . We must enter the house of God with Humility . We sit down quietly without making noise . If the Church ushers direct us to sit in a particular place , we must obey them . This is done so that there will be orderliness in the church . We must respect other worshippers n the house of God with us by not making noise when the sermon is going on .
The Muslims worship in the mosques . Their holy book of worship is called The Holy Quran . A good Muslim prays five times in a day . Before each prayer is done , Muslims are expected to do ablution . Ablution is the regular washing of some parts of the body like mouth , arm or face before prayer is said . There are two types of Ablutions which are Water ablution and sand ablution
When ever we are in any of these buildings , we are expected to do the following as signs of respect to ourselves and others
- Respect other peoples privacy
