Content :
Creamy food is usually delicious. Creamy food can be gotten by beating butter, sugar and eggs until they are creamy or completely mixed together into a rich thick substance.
Foods that are creamy have soft, smooth and thick appearance. They are often made with milk or cream. Examples: avocado, ice cream, macaroni, , yogurt, cheeses.
It is not all creamy and yummy foods that are healthy or good for consumption .
Much of the fat found in cream comes from saturated fat.
Saturated fats may lead to high amount of cholesterol in our body .
Cholesterol are bad fats that are not good for our body .
Numerous studies have linked too much saturated fat with an increased risk of high cholesterol.
And if you regularly go overboard with cream, your waistline will pay the price. The key to using cream in any dish is to do so in very small amounts

The class teacher goes round to make sure that the pupils are actually writing and he or she corrects them when and where the need arises
