Call up the charms bar> Click on Search> Type Microsoft Word > Press Enter. The MS Word window as shown below appears.

Click on Insert Menu then WordArt. The box below appears. Choose any of your choice then ok.
Inserting ClipArt
- Highlight the title
- Click on Insert Menu then Clipart. Your task pane changes.
In the search for box, type doctor then click on go or on the diagram as shown below- The picture of a doctor appears under your title.
- You should have this after inserting WordArt and Clipart.
