Staff Non-Compliance

  1. The following staff reported late during the week:

  2. Mrs. Thomas was caught sleeping during teaching time on Tuesday. She has been queried, but her response is still pending.
  3. Morning drills are yet to commence by 8:00 am for all classes except Year 4.
  4. Mrs. Johnson has refused to adjust her lesson plan format despite verbal and written instructions.

Staff Complaints

  1. Parents are consistently late for learner pick-ups.
  2. Notification of staff meetings is often delayed, causing inconveniences.
  3. Meals from the kitchen arrive late, leading to disruptions during class periods as learners eat during instructional time.

Parent Complaints

  1. Mrs. Jones (Parent of Obafemi Jones) in Grade 2 complained about the limited homework content.

Students’ Improvements

  1. Adeife (KG2) can now write numbers 1–20, compared to last week’s 1–10 ability.
  2. Thomas Okafor (Grade 4) achieved a higher score in Mathematics this week compared to his performance last week.
