Staff Non-Compliance
- The following staff reported late during the week:

- Mrs. Thomas was caught sleeping during teaching time on Tuesday. She has been queried, but her response is still pending.
- Morning drills are yet to commence by 8:00 am for all classes except Year 4.
- Mrs. Johnson has refused to adjust her lesson plan format despite verbal and written instructions.
Staff Complaints
- Parents are consistently late for learner pick-ups.
- Notification of staff meetings is often delayed, causing inconveniences.
- Meals from the kitchen arrive late, leading to disruptions during class periods as learners eat during instructional time.
Parent Complaints
- Mrs. Jones (Parent of Obafemi Jones) in Grade 2 complained about the limited homework content.
Students’ Improvements
- Adeife (KG2) can now write numbers 1–20, compared to last week’s 1–10 ability.
- Thomas Okafor (Grade 4) achieved a higher score in Mathematics this week compared to his performance last week.
School Coordination Concerns
- Staff are not adhering to the assembly roster.
- Mrs. Udeh, who was scheduled to speak on “Integrity” during Wednesday’s assembly, was absent.
