Warm-up (5 minutes): Begin with a dynamic warm-up, including jogging, jumping jacks, and arm circles, to prepare students for physical activity.
Introduction (5 minutes): Explain the basic rules and objectives of volleyball. Emphasize teamwork, communication, and the primary skills involved – serving, passing, setting, and spiking.
Divide into Teams (5 minutes): Organize students into two teams. Consider mixing skill levels to encourage collaboration and skill development.
Setting up the Court (5 minutes): Mark the court boundaries with cones. Set up the volleyball net at the appropriate height for the age group.
Skill Stations (15 minutes): Rotate students through skill stations where they practice serving, passing, setting, and spiking. Provide guidance and correction as needed.
Game Rules (5 minutes): Explain the simplified rules for the game. Emphasize fair play, sportsmanship, and the importance of each player’s role.
Volleyball Game (10 minutes): Divide the class into two teams and initiate a friendly volleyball game. Use the whistle to signal the start and end of plays. Encourage students to apply the skills they practiced during the game.

- Officiate the game, ensuring fair play and reinforcing rules.
