Content :

PEST

Pests are tiny creatures or organisms that are found almost anywhere. They cause havoc and damages to peaceful living. Some pests can bite, other chew while some suck our blood.

 

Examples Of Household Pests 

1. Mosquitoes

3. Termites

4. Bedbugs

5. Cockroaches

6. House files

7. Mice

8. Rats

 

 

Dangers Cause By Household Pests 

1. Bites from female anopheles mosquitoes cause malaria

2. Ant bites cause skin irritation

3. When you are bitten by termites, you may have sores on your body

4. Bedbugs suck human blood. Their bites causes  sleepless nights and rashes

5. Cockroaches smell in such an awful way. Their faces causes dysentery and diarrhea

6. House flies causes and spread cholera through their activities

7. Mice, if unchecked will be your neighbors in your house. They produce and have young one at a very fast rate. They eat up uncovered food items thereby spreading diseases

8. Rats are the bigger version of mice. Rats eat up anything like important documents, books, certificates and at times if your hands or feet are dirty, they scrape it with their teeth

The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise

 

 

Conclusion

The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.

The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.

He or she does the necessary corrections when and where  the needs arise.
