Content :
We need to keep fit and healthy in order to be able to do our day to day activities.
Pupils need basic skills to manipulate and balance their bodies.
These basic skills are
1. Bending
2. Twisting
3. Swaying
4. Pulling
Class Activities
The class teacher instruct the pupils to stand two meters apart so that they can have enough space to stretch and move about. The class teacher tells the pupils the following activities
1. Stretch your hands up
2. Stretch your hands down
3. Stretch your hands forward
4. Stretch your hand backward
5. Stretch your body
6.twist your body up and down
7. Bend your body and use your hands to touch your toes
8. Jump up, and down
Presentation
The topic is presented step by step
Step 1:
The class teacher revises the previous topics
Step 2.
He introduces the new topic
Step 3:
The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise
Conclusion
The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.
The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.
He or she does the necessary corrections when and where the needs arise.
Evaluation
Take the pupils out and do some mild exercise
