Dancing is a form of exercise. In this lesson, pupils are expected to dance and twist their bodies to enhance mobility and strength
Class Activities
The class teacher instruct the pupils to stand two meters apart so that they can have enough space to stretch and move about. The class teacher tells the pupils the following activities
1. Put your two hands on your waist
2. Twist your body to the left and to the right
3. Dig it to the right and dig it to the left
4. Move slowly and do as l do by moving to the right and left
5. Dance
6. Stop
8. Jump up, and dance

The topic is presented step by step
Step 1:
The class teacher revises the previous topics
Step 2.
He introduces the new topic
Step 3:
The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise
Conclusion
The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.
The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.
He or she does the necessary corrections when and where the needs arise.
