You are a director

You are also a teacher

You are a supporter of your husband.

So, dear mummies seated here, did you know

You can’t pour from an empty cup?

Yes, if you are empty, you can’t give out all these responsibilities, meaning you must take care of yourself

All my words to you today are all about self-care, self-care is not negotiable

Many women can be so busy taking care of kids, partners, parents, and in-laws pursuing careers and managing day-to-day runs of the home.

 Recharge your battery and in return, you will feel more appreciative and grateful towards the people in your life, and when you take care of yourself, you will demonstrate to your children what it looks like respect yourself 

kids learn from their parents and be great models to us.
