WAYS OF TAKING DRUGS
Drugs can be taken in different ways such as:
- Through the mouth
- Through injection
- Rubbing of creams and ointments on the body like rob, Chinese balm, aboniki
- By Inhalation using inhalers
- Through the eyes like eye drops.
Mention two ways of taking drugs without abusing them
- Drugs must not be taken without doctor’s advice
- Do not patronize street hawkers when you want to buy drugs
- Buy drugs from licensed pharmacists or registered doctors
- Do not take drugs without parents around .
- Always show your drugs to teachers , parents or adults before taking them
