Content

food is what we eat to gain energy and strength . Risk factors are the dangers that inherent in foods that are contaminated when eaten . Food items may be contaminated when not properly cooked or prepared, when not properly stored or when they are infected by insects or rodents

Examples of such dangers are

  1. death
  2. stomach pain
  3. cholera
  4. headache
  5. vomiting

 

 

 

Presentation :

The Topic is presented step by step

Step 1 : The class teacher revises the previous topics with them pupils

Step 2 : The class teacher introduces the new topic to the pupils

Step 3 : The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own contributions and he or she corrects the pupils when the needs arise

 

Conclusion

The class teacher gives out a brief note of the topic that has just been taught and he or she goes round to mark
