What are life saving skills ?
Life saving skills are skills that are learned or developed in life that are essential for life .
Life – saving skills and developing positive health behavior are program designed to provide the education and support necessary by diminish drug dependency in community, school and workplace.
Lifesaving is a skill you can use to save a life on land or in aquatic situation. Advantages of mastering the lifesaving skills: It is a skill you might use to rescue your loved ones. It can bridge the gap between an incident being discovered and the arrival of emergency services.
In the case of a drug addict , life saving skills are those activities that will keep the mind of the drug addict free from thinking of going back to drugs
