Water is liquid . Water is made up of two gases which are hydrogen and oxygen . Water is universally needed by everybody in the whole wide world . Water has no enemy. Most countries try to preserve and maintain the water level and reserve of their countries .

Water is used by individuals , industries or Nations for the following purposes

- Drinking
- Washing
- Transportation
- Source of Commerce
- Sporting Activities
- Breeding catfish

What are Canals ?
Canals are artificial waterways that allow the movement of sea vehicles like boats or ships . Examples of canals in Nigeria are Charlie Boy bus stop canal , Ajegunle canal , National Art theatre canal etc
What are ports ?
Ports are terminal for ships and large ocean liners or vessels . Ships can load or unload goods in containers at ports . Examples of ports in Nigeria are Apapa ports, Tin Can Island port , Port Harcourt etc
What are lakes ?
Lakes are pools of water that are surrounded by land . Lakes are made to raise or breed sea creatures like catfish , tilapia or other fishes . Lake Chad and Lake Victoria are well known in Nigeria
What are dams ?
Water dams are constructed in order to raise a barrier and restrict the flow of such water so that it can later be used to generate electricity or water farm lands . Examples of dams in Nigeria are the Kanji dam , asejire dam etc
Importance and Benefits of Water Projects In Nigerian
- It is a means of Transportation
- It serves as source of employment and engagement for people that live in the riverine area
- It can be used for recreational activities or sports
- Educational purposes like excursions
- Some water projects in Nigeria are built purposely to support large agricultural projects and make water available throughout the year
- Dams like Kanji dam and others are built to supply Hydro electricity

The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.
The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.
He or she does the necessary corrections when and where the needs arise.
