What is colour ?
We are able to see different types of colours with our eyes . The natural colours of our eyes are black and white. We have different types of colours. The basic ones are green, yellow, blue and green. We can see different types of objects with their natural colours. Other examples of colours are black, white, purple, white, green indigo, violet etc
Uses of Colour..
1. We use Colour to indicate peace eg white
2. Red Colour is used to indicate danger
3. Red, yellow and green are used in the traffic light to indicate stop, ready and go
Colour of Fruits
Pupils please kindly say the colours of the following fruits and vegetables
- mango
- plantain
- apples
- banana
- orange
- cucumber
- carrots
- tomatoes
- okro
Presentation
The topic is presented step by step
Step 1:
The class teacher revises the previous topics
Step 2.
He introduces the new topic
Step 3:
The class teacher allows the pupils to give their own examples and he corrects them when the needs arise
Conclusion
The class teacher wraps up or conclude the lesson by giving out short note to summarize the topic that he or she has just taught.
The class teacher also goes round to make sure that the notes are well copied or well written by the pupils.
He or she does the necessary corrections when and where the needs arise.
